3D printed town building

Now that I can 3D print in 4 colors, it was time to drag out a free model I discovered to print. It had a lot of errors and needed repairs, plus I tweaked a whole lot to have a 3 level Town series building instead of 2 and added the signature retro window shades to it.

It's empty for now as I did not expect to print it now instead of over 6 years from today. It is supposed to be filled up with my apple cider lab that I have, but as that's already tucked away nicely to move in a few years, I decided to just leave it like that. As for now, I pretend that the lab technicians haven't looked into the building yet, although they were looking for better accommodation, lol.

New 3D printer!

I am in no way sponsored for any reviews. This is just my personal experience. My first 2 brands of 3D printers failed because of power failures in our village. Should not have happened, as printers are made to deal with those. Both Elegoo and Creality had an non-existing helpdesk and glad that Amazon refunded me. I was fed up and decided to buy an expensive printer which was extremely popular in print farms. In the 2 years that I had it, their helpdesk does exist, but was really usless to fix issues. They shipped parts to replace, then had the printed shipped back, and didn't fix it properly. It only printed so-so. I contacted their helpdesk again when all printing failed again and was actually THREATENED by email!!   At that point, it was clear that I would never buy a Prusa ever again.  I found out recently that I am not the only one who they did that to!! Community Centre 3D printed: Part 4/4.

Biggest and longest project so far  to design and print! Took me just over 1.5 year from start to finish! I do have another smaller big project coming up in a few weeks, with another vid. Since it's hot here, I will resume printing once the temp goes down, to keep the house nice and cool. Printing all day makes the house a tad warmer!  I have an even larger project coming up as soon as a new version of a multicolor printer comes out, hopefully by the end of this year. I uploaded my vid on Dailymotion, it was rejected because of copyright issues. Duh, all of it is made by me and there is no music! Just AI, sigh. My counter claim was rejected within a minute with the same copy/paste they always send when their AI detects "something". Made a small change and tried again, to have the same outcome. Not even a real person checks it. It was removed before the counterclaim was submitted!! Doing that was useless!  Reluctantly, I tried Vimeo, and it was rejected because of its size
