Cleaned up my website and the new B&B

Hi everyone and welcome to the continuance of my old blog!

Sylvanians invaded my house

Problem is, it exceeded the file upload limit. I deleted 1/3 of my old blogs and at least 1/3 of my old pics, and I still could not upload anything new. I was well under the threshold, no use. Helpdesk said that could not help unless I upgraded for a paid service. Oh, I see. So, let's try this free blog then.

I found a nice Town like building on AliExpress. No advert for them, please not that. I am quite done with them, rest assured. Way too many issues without ever getting fixed and they got worse over the past year.

I wanted a cute B&B, as a resting spot for exhausted shoppers. Hope you like it!




Also, I got a pink striped cat from one of Sylv friends. She will always remind me of him, which makes her extra precious! She dwells in my theatre now! Thanks Jacc for all that you did for our critter community!

    I love that building you bought! It's very cute, reminiscent of the Town Buildings but not identical. And the pink striped cat is a beautiful figure!

Again, a compilation about a series of blogs I made about this topic, after extensive research, compiled to offer relevant data only, and improved it even a bit. I split all the data over 2 blogs. Community Centre 3D printed: Part 4/4.

Biggest and longest project so far  to design and print! Took me just over 1.5 year from start to finish! I do have another smaller big project coming up in a few weeks, with another vid. Since it's hot here, I will resume printing once the temp goes down, to keep the house nice and cool. Printing all day makes the house a tad warmer!  I have an even larger project coming up as soon as a new version of a multicolor printer comes out, hopefully by the end of this year. I uploaded my vid on Dailymotion, it was rejected because of copyright issues. Duh, all of it is made by me and there is no music! Just AI, sigh. My counter claim was rejected within a minute with the same copy/paste they always send when their AI detects "something". Made a small change and tried again, to have the same outcome. Not even a real person checks it. It was removed before the counterclaim was submitted!! Doing that was useless!  Reluctantly, I tried Vimeo, and it was rejected because of its size

Asian Sylvanians and 3D prints.

Again, an effort to offer an improved recap of old blogs, all combined in one. My love for Asian gardens made me produce a temp setup bonsai garden. This was before I had a 3D printer, which could have helped a lot, but one does what one can with available materials.  It started by wrapping a table with kitchen foil, and installing the landscape lay of the land with used (and cleaned, lol) Chinese food containers. The upside down plate in the pond was put in temporary, so I would be reminded that there will be a small island in there.  The pond is a thin cutting board, with plexi on top. The grass was made wet to become sloppy, so it could be decorated over the landscape. When the grass dried, it was ready to decorate. The waterfall was created with the use of sandwich foil. Water droplets were added to the pond to take pictures. The sandy pond rim was made wet too, to make it look realistic.
