Short vids: Outdoors, Hammadice and spooky house.

As a disabled person, I don't go out much. Needless to say that the Sylvanians bring me tons of joy, especially seeing them have fun at outdoors events. 

The garden and flowers remind me of my dad. Just like me, he studied several very different professions in his short life. Back in the day, the choices were limited, I bet he would go nuts in this day and age! Anyway, one of his professions was gardening. I inherited that gene, yet can't anymore, but still enjoy seeing gardens a lot.

The wedding party makes me giggle. I have been to far too many weddings myself when I was younger. Despite that one wishes the couple the best life they can offer, as a guest it gets a bit repetitive. I expressed that in my wedding scene. Some guests are obviously a bit bored and wandered off to look around. Some sneaked off to look at the cakes, or crave some food to quench the urges, or already found their way to the booz. One is even a bit too tipsy already, just look how he wears his glasses! Bwahahahah!!

The "apple juice" lab is a wink at one of my own diplomas. Juice ... well, according to the formula on the board, it's just not juice that they brew! And the tray on the table with cups and apples is actually the formula of drinkable alcohol!

It took 5 attempts to upload this vid, wew!! Copyright claims on copyright royalty free music, unbelievable!! *headdesk* I slapped bird sounds on it, and it finally passed!!

Outdoors

The spooky house has several versions of vids on the same channel, but those are pics with a storyline. This one is just a short vid of the setup. I still love my 3D model conversion and 3D printed house tremendously!

Again, a compilation about a series of blogs I made about this topic, after extensive research, compiled to offer relevant data only, and improved it even a bit. I split all the data over 2 blogs. I discovered the Angelina series in 2021 after I already collected a lot of Sylvanian Families and fell in love with them instantly. You can see the likeness to Sylvanian, but they are not real ones. Community Centre 3D printed: Part 4/4.

Biggest and longest project so far  to design and print! Took me just over 1.5 year from start to finish! I do have another smaller big project coming up in a few weeks, with another vid. Since it's hot here, I will resume printing once the temp goes down, to keep the house nice and cool. Printing all day makes the house a tad warmer!  I have an even larger project coming up as soon as a new version of a multicolor printer comes out, hopefully by the end of this year. I uploaded my vid on Dailymotion, it was rejected because of copyright issues. Duh, all of it is made by me and there is no music! Just AI, sigh. My counter claim was rejected within a minute with the same copy/paste they always send when their AI detects "something". Made a small change and tried again, to have the same outcome. Not even a real person checks it. It was removed before the counterclaim was submitted!! Doing that was useless!  Reluctantly, I tried Vimeo, and it was rejected because of its size

Asian Sylvanians and 3D prints.

Again, an effort to offer an improved recap of old blogs, all combined in one. My love for Asian gardens made me produce a temp setup bonsai garden. This was before I had a 3D printer, which could have helped a lot, but one does what one can with available materials.  It started by wrapping a table with kitchen foil, and installing the landscape lay of the land with used (and cleaned, lol) Chinese food containers. The upside down plate in the pond was put in temporary, so I would be reminded that there will be a small island in there.  The pond is a thin cutting board, with plexi on top. The grass was made wet to become sloppy, so it could be decorated over the landscape. When the grass dried, it was ready to decorate. The waterfall was created with the use of sandwich foil. Water droplets were added to the pond to take pictures. The sandy pond rim was made wet too, to make it look realistic.
